As a former competitive swimmer, I know what it's like to live and breathe sports— untill suddenly my world turned upside down. A sudden injury forced me to quit my professional sports career. This forced me to rebuild my career and rediscover my passion for fitness. That journey taught me how it feels to lose your way in sport, no matter the circumstances. I struggled to balance fitness with daily life, and like many, made mistakes along the way. These experiences taught me how to rebuild, rediscover my passion, and find happiness again.
This is why I'm passionate about helping others. I understand the challenges, whether you're trying to get back into fitness, preparing for a race, or simply finding the right balance between exercise and everyday life. I started my journey as a group trainer at Saints and Stars and over time, I've learned there how to help people at all stages of their fitness journey. My goal is to help you build confidence, rediscover the joy of movement, and create a sustainable plan that works for you.
